We are looking for ideas on how we may design and run an integrated system to capture requests from SMS, telephone calls and via our online platform in a seamless way and ensure tracking of sources and prompt execution of requests.

LifeBank is a platform that makes blood available when and where it is needed in Nigeria to save lives. Our primary tool for getting blood requests is via our online portal but we recognize that not everyone is savvy enough to use an online tool so we would like to incorporate SMS and phone calls as primary media for receiving requests. To do this we require an integrated system that recognizes and captures these forms of requests and organizes them in an efficient way as well promptly notifies the administrator that a request needs to be treated.
