We are looking to restructure our database to capture basic details of all members of our community in a way that will be useful for multiple purposes i.e. surveys, focus groups, etc.

We have multiple platforms both offline and online where we capture data of our members including mailing lists, phone numbers, survey responses etc totalling over 100,000 names. They are in different formats and locations and as such makes it difficult to keep track of our total user base for targeting purposes.

Outcome

• A data structure that can be easily implemented using tools available in the market to organize and consolidate the information we have and make it useful for future purposes.
