Rosemary has been used for centuries as a ritual for cleansing and healing and is a must have for any essential oil collection. Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuse of your choice (always follow the instructions of your particular diffuser) to freshen the air and energize the room. May promote mental clarity Has balancing properties that may help mood swings and strong emotions Topical use: Add 4 or 5 drops to 1 oz. of a base oil (such as sweet almond oil, canola or olive oil) for a skin rub or massage. Add 8—10 drops to a tub of warm water for a relaxing soak. Use on it’s own or mix with other essential oils.  Never use pure essential oils directly on skin without diluting it first.
